Student Records
- Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) stipulates that personally identifiable information may not be released from a student’s education records without his or her prior written consent. FERPA Guidance for Faculty Members outlines faculty responsibilities with regard to student privacy and when it is permissible to disclose identifiable information about a student.
- The Office of the University Registrar ensures adherence to academic policy, preserving academic integrity and safeguarding academic records. The Registrar maintains the academic records of all students registered in the University and provides a variety of other services, including training on student records for faculty and staff.
