Reach Carolina is academic plan for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill released in 2011 that proposes principles and concrete steps by which faculty, students and staff can attain levels of accomplishment and distinction, benefiting Carolina’s mission as a leading public university.

In 2019, a new undergraduate curriculum called IDEAS in Action was approved by the Faculty Council. It was implemented for students who matriculated in the 2022 fall semester.
